Seamlessly integrate control with a perfect blend of touch screen technology, PLC, and grating ruler, allowing precise settings for upper limits, fast/slow rotation, lower limits, and slider holding times. Effortlessly switch between two dynamic working modes: adjustment and automatic. Experience precision with two pressing methods-constant pressure and constant stroke-for every working state.

Machine usage conditions:
This machine thrives in environmental temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 ºC, with a relative humidity that does not exceed 85%, ensuring optimal performance in varied climates.
Ensure smooth operations with a hydraulic oil temperature maintained between 5-50 ºC, supported by a stable power supply voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50HZ.
Designed to perform at altitudes not exceeding 1000m, the hydraulic system relies on 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, ensuring durability and efficiency in operation.

 

3. Workflow:
3.1. Begin by entering detailed product information and meticulously setting compression parameters-pressure, stroke, and holding time-to ensure precise operations.
3.2. Initiate the process with peeling, effectively zeroing the pressure for optimal results.
3.3. Conduct an empty mold 0-layer compression to accurately record 0-layer reference data, establishing a solid foundation for subsequent operations.
3.4. Execute N-time feeding and pressing, utilizing pressure or position control to achieve desired outcomes with precision.
3.5 Capture every step by meticulously recording data, ensuring traceability and quality control.
