Equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical systems, it boasts a user-friendly touch screen displaying displacement and product counts. The innovative integration of the touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler simplifies the control of slider parameters such as upper limits, fast/slow rotation, lower limits, and holding time. It offers you two dynamic working modes: adjustment and automatic, each capable of delivering two pressing methods-constant pressure and constant stroke.

Machine Usage Conditions:
Optimal Working Environment: Temperature ranging from 0-55ºC with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
Hydraulic Oil Temperature: Maintain within 5-50ºC. Ensures Power Supply Voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50HZ.
Operational Altitude: Must not exceed 1000m above sea level. Utilize 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system medium.

3.2. Proceed with Peeling (Pressure Zeroing): Ensuring the system is accurately calibrated for optimal performance.
3.3. Conduct Empty Mold 0-Layer Compression: Record crucial 0-layer reference data for precise monitoring.
3.4. Engage in N-Time Feeding and Pressing: Employ either pressure or position control for superior results.
3.5. Comprehensive Data Recording: Capture and analyze all relevant data for improved operational insights.
