Equipped with autonomous hydraulic and electrical systems, the machine showcases a state-of-the-art touch screen interface for clear viewing of displacement and product counts. The seamless integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler ensures effortless control over key parameters: easily manage the upper limit, speed transitions, lower limit, and slider holding time. Designed for versatility, it supports two operational modes-adjustment and automatic-each capable of executing two pressing techniques: constant pressure and constant stroke. Machine usage conditions:
This highly advanced hydraulic press thrives under the following conditions: The working environment temperature should range between 0-55 ºC, while maintaining a relative humidity no greater than 85% to ensure optimal performance.
For peak operational efficiency, maintain the hydraulic oil temperature between 5-50 ºC. The power supply should be stable at 380V ± 5% with a 50HZ frequency to ensure seamless functioning.
The machine is designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters. It utilizes 68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil as its hydraulic system medium, ensuring longevity and reliable performance under demanding conditions.

 

3. Workflow:
3.1. To initiate, input the product details and configure the compression parameters-pressure, stroke, and holding time-with precision to tailor the process to your specific requirements.
3.2. Engage in the peeling process to zero the pressure, setting the stage for an exacting operation.
3.3. Conduct an empty mold 0-layer compression to accurately document the 0-layer reference data, laying the groundwork for subsequent precision tasks.
3.4. Proceed with N-time feeding and pressing, leveraging sophisticated pressure or position control to achieve desired outcomes with exceptional accuracy.
3.5 Capture and record all pertinent data meticulously, ensuring every detail is accounted for in the subsequent analysis.
