YSM-500CS Precision Servo CNC Hydraulic Press
Machine Usage and Working Conditions:
This state-of-the-art machine is meticulously crafted for a variety of processes such as cold and hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction of steel and plastic materials. Equipped with autonomous hydraulic and electrical systems, this machine features a touch screen display for tracking displacement and product counts. Harnessing the synergy of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler, it allows for seamless configuration and control of the slider's upper and lower limits, rotation speeds, and holding time. It boasts two operational modes: adjustable and automatic, each capable of executing two pressing techniques: constant pressure and constant stroke.
Machine Usage Conditions:
Working Environment: Temperature ranging from 0-55 ºC; Relative Humidity: not exceeding 85%.
Optimal Hydraulic Oil Temperature: 5-50 ºC; Power Supply: 380V ± 5% at 50HZ.
