It boasts autonomous hydraulic and electrical systems complemented by a user-friendly touch screen interface for displaying displacement and product counts. The seamless integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler allows effortless setting and control over crucial parameters like upper limit, speed transitions, lower limit, and slider holding time. Users can choose between two dynamic working modes: adjustment and automatic. In each state, the machine delivers two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke, ensuring precision and adaptability for diverse tasks.
Optimal Machine Usage Conditions:
Ensure a stable working environment with temperature parameters set between 0-55 ºC and maintain relative humidity below 85% for optimal performance.
Maintain hydraulic oil temperature between 5-50 ºC. Operate with a power supply voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50HZ to ensure consistent energy delivery.
Keep operations at altitudes not exceeding 1000m. Utilize 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system to ensure smooth and reliable machine functions.
