Machine usage and working conditions:

This advanced hydraulic press is expertly designed for versatile applications including cold extrusion, hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction of both steel and plastic materials. Equipped with a state-of-the-art independent hydraulic and electrical system, it features an intuitive touch screen for seamless displacement visualization and product counting. The integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler ensures precise control over the slider's upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time, facilitating two distinct modes of operation: adjustment and automatic. Moreover, each operational state offers the flexibility of two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke, adapting to your production needs.

Machine usage conditions:
Designed to perform optimally in temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 ºC, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, ensuring reliability and efficiency in various environments.
Hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained between 5-50 ºC. The power supply requirement is 380V ± 5% at 50HZ, ensuring consistent performance.
Operational altitude should not exceed 1000m. The hydraulic system requires 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil to maintain peak efficiency and longevity.

 

3. Workflow:
3.1. Initiate by entering the product specifications and setting the precise compression parameters, including pressure, stroke, and holding time for optimal results.
3.2. Conduct a peeling process to reset pressure to zero, preparing the machine for accurate operations.
3.3. Proceed with empty mold 0-layer compression to record baseline reference data, ensuring accuracy in subsequent processes.
3.4. Engage in N-time feeding and pressing, utilizing pressure or position control to achieve desired outcomes with precision.
3.5 Record comprehensive data throughout the process for analysis and quality assurance.
