This machine offers two modes: adjustment and automatic, with each mode providing the flexibility of constant pressure or constant stroke pressing methods.

Optimal operating conditions for your machine:
Perform seamlessly in a working environment where the temperature ranges from 0-55 ºC with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, ensuring your machine operates without a hitch.
Hydraulic oil temperature is optimally maintained between 5-50 ºC to ensure smooth operations, powered by a reliable power supply voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50HZ.
Designed for altitudes up to 1000m, our hydraulic system uses 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil as its medium, ensuring durability and superior performance.

3.1. Initiate by entering the product information and meticulously setting compression parameters including pressure, stroke, and holding time for optimal results.
3.2. Engage in the peeling process to reset the pressure to zero, ensuring accuracy and precision.
3.3. Begin with an empty mold 0-layer compression to meticulously record 0-layer reference data, setting a sturdy foundation for subsequent processes.
3.4. Proceed to N-time feeding and pressing, employing either pressure or position control for precision-driven outcomes.
3.5 Comprehensive Data Recording for meticulous tracking and analysis of each operation, enhancing process transparency and optimization.
