I,Equipment usage and basic requirements

1.1 This equipment is mainly used for the blank pressing of salt cores for the formation of cold oil passages in diesel engine pistons, meeting the requirements of forming salt cores with an outer diameter of Φ 70-Φ 170mm and a height not exceeding 28mm for the formation of cold oil passages and 110mm cylinder diameter piston shaped salt cores.

1.2 This set of equipment mainly consists of a bidirectional precision compression molding hydraulic press, an automatic powder feeding and anti caking device, an automatic feeding and retrieval robotic arm, a feeding box anti caking device, an oil cooler, a dedicated mold frame, a salt core press mold, and a stainless steel dust cover for the entire machine.
 

★ 1.3 This equipment has functions such as one-way pressing, two-way pressing, manual pressing, and imitation multi-stage pressing, which can achieve precise pressing and automated production of salt cores in internal cooling oil channels.

1.4 The equipment has the ability to withstand short-term overload of at least 30% (reaching or exceeding 2000KN at full load).

1.5 Equipment operation process: The salt powder is manually poured into the ground fabric bin, and the automatic powder feeding device sends the salt powder into the salt powder bin above according to the instructions. The upper bin has an automatic mixing controlled by the instructions and a sensor that controls the material level. The powder is fed into the automatic feeding and feeding mechanical arm box bin on the machine frame according to the instructions. The box bin is equipped with a controllable secondary mixing anti caking mechanism, and the feeding and feeding mechanical arm performs feeding, returning, main machine pressing, main machine returning, mechanical arm automatic extension for picking, advancing, placing, automatic powder feeding, and returning according to the instructions, completing a fully automatic operation.
 

 

1.6 The peripheral of the host adopts a specially customized stainless steel sheet metal shell to prevent powder contamination, and is equipped with ventilation openings for exhaust and dust removal. The sealed and dust-proof shell is made into a quick detachable and easy to install structure, which facilitates the replacement of molds and the cleaning and maintenance of the host.

★ 1.7 The equipment should fully consider the corrosiveness of salt powder.
The columns, pistons, and guide rails are all equipped with protective covers and shields, and the hydraulic system is fully enclosed; All paints used on the machine are anti-corrosion paints, which are sprayed flat, evenly thick, and free of impurities; The metal surface in contact with the powder is treated with stainless steel material or hard chrome plating. To meet the application requirements of high salt and high dust environments.

Leak proof and rust proof treatment: Install anti slip oil blocking rings on the upper cylinder slider to return oil to the tank and prevent oil leakage.
