This state-of-the-art machine is expertly designed for a myriad of applications, including cold extrusion, hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction of steel and plastic materials. Featuring independent hydraulic and electrical systems, this machine is equipped with a user-friendly touch screen for displaying displacement and product counts. The sophisticated integration of a touch screen, PLC, and a grating ruler streamlines the process of setting and controlling the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and slider holding time. It offers exceptional versatility with two distinct working modes: adjustment and automatic. Each mode supports two efficient pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke, catering to diverse production needs.
Optimal Machine Usage Conditions for Reliable Operation:
Maintain an ambient working environment with a temperature range of 0-55 ºC. Ensure relative humidity does not exceed 85% for optimal performance.
Maintain hydraulic oil temperatures between 5-50 ºC. The power supply should be steady at 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50HZ for efficient operation.
Ensure the altitude does not exceed 1000m. Use 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system to maintain peak performance.
