Featuring standalone hydraulic and electrical systems, it boasts a user-friendly touch screen for displaying displacement and product count. The seamless integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler empowers you with effortless control over the slider's upper and lower limits, as well as its speed and holding time. Engineered for flexibility, it supports two operational modes: adjustment and automatic. Furthermore, it offers dual pressing methods, enabling both constant pressure and constant stroke execution, tailored to your specific project needs.
Condition prerequisites for optimal machine operation:
Maintain your working environment temperature between 0-55 ºC, ensuring a relative humidity level that does not exceed 85% for peak efficiency.
The hydraulic oil should be maintained at a temperature range of 5-50 ºC. Ensure that the power supply voltage remains steady at 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50HZ for optimal machine performance.
For best results, ensure the machine operates at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters. The hydraulic system is optimized for 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, ensuring long-lasting operation.
