YSM-500CS Precision Servo CNC Hydraulic Press
Machine Usage and Working Conditions:
This machine excels in various applications such as cold and hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction for both steel and plastic materials. It boasts independent hydraulic and electrical systems, paired with an intuitive touch screen interface for displacement display and product counting. The synergy of the touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler simplifies the configuration and control of the slider's upper limit, fast/slow operations, lower limit, and holding times. With versatile functionality, it offers two operating modes: adjustment and automatic. Additionally, it supports two pressing methods for each working state: constant pressure and constant stroke.
Machine Usage Conditions:
Operating within a temperature range of 0-55 ºC, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
Hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained between 5-50 ºC, ensuring power stability with a voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50HZ.
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000m, utilizing 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system.

Typical Process Actions: Initiate the motor - rapid descent of the main cylinder - slow precision pressing of the main cylinder - pressure holding on the main cylinder (adjustable between 1-60 seconds) - ejection of the lower top material cylinder - retraction of the lower material cylinder (electronically controlled), smoothly completing a full work cycle.
