1. Our state-of-the-art YSM-1140 Precision Four-Column Hydraulic Press is meticulously designed for a multitude of applications. It excels in precision cold and hot forging, reverse extrusion stretching, and a variety of punching tasks including bending, flanging, and forming of both metal and plastic materials. Furthermore, it is ideal for the calibration of large structural components, as well as cold and hot extrusion forming processes tailored for automotive and motorcycle parts, ensuring unparalleled quality and performance.
2. This advanced machine features autonomous hydraulic and electrical systems, enhanced by a sophisticated touch screen interface. This allows for precise control over displacement and product counting. By integrating touch screen technology with PLC and a grating displacement ruler, users can seamlessly adjust and monitor parameters such as upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and slider holding time. The machine adapts to manual adjustments and offers three versatile working modes: semi-automatic and automatic. Each operational state supports dual pressing methods: precise displacement or constant pressure, ensuring flexibility and precision in your production processes.

Working environment temperature: A versatile range from 0 ºC to 55 ºC. Relative humidity: Keep it below 85% for optimal performance. Power supply voltage: Consistently stable at 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50Hz.
Altitude: Ensure installation at altitudes not exceeding 1500m to maintain efficiency and safety.
Hydraulic system medium: Utilize 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil to guarantee smooth and reliable operation.
