I, Machine usage and working conditions
1. This machine is suitable for precision forming processes of various metal powders and non-metal powders through cold and hot pressing. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and adopts a touch screen display for displacement and product counting, as well as a combination of touch screen+PLC+magnetic grid displacement ruler, making it easy to set and control the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time of the slider. The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, which can achieve manual adjustment and three working modes: semi-automatic and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: precise displacement and constant pressure.
