Marvelous Characteristics: 1. The host body boasts a frame structure, offering two dynamic working modes: fine-tuning adjustment and semi-automatic (single cycle). It features two innovative forming modes: fixed pressure forming and fixed distance forming. Ingeniously installed oil blocking measures at the joints between the upper beam, slider, and oil cylinder ensure seamless operation of the hydraulic press. Each structural component is meticulously precision-machined using state-of-the-art equipment, achieving an effortlessly smooth and elegant exterior, coupled with high precision and remarkable rigidity in the overall body. The workbench is meticulously designed and crafted to align perfectly with the stamping die's dimensions. The T-shaped groove and strategic layout of the workbench aperture are artfully designed to match the stamping die's size. The slider, a robust welded box structure crafted entirely from steel plates, offers a commendable stroke of 400. It comes embedded with a displacement sensor transmission device and a stroke limit device to safeguard against overtravel. The hydraulic system's low-pressure large diameter pipeline is equipped with a flexible joint seismic isolation, and all pipelines with a diameter of 32 or more incorporate flange connections, rendering exceptional shock resistance and leak prevention performance. The hydraulic oil's working temperature should remain below a stable 50 ± 5 ºC, with due anti-condensation and drip treatment meticulously applied.
