Usage Application

This machine is designed specifically for the hot pressing bending process in the hot forging industry. The machine is controlled by a proportional hydraulic system and a numerical control electrical system to drive the hydraulic cylinder to work. The pressure and stroke of the machine can be displayed and set using numbers on the touch screen. The machine has manual mode adjustment and semi-automatic mode.

Mechanical action description

The machine has two working modes: manual and semi-automatic.

Manual: Each oil cylinder can be operated separately.

Semi automatic: Pressing the start button with both hands will automatically complete all actions once. The
semi-automatic action sequence is as follows:
Press the start button with both hands, and the main cylinder will be ejected (when the main cylinder pressure reaches), while the side cylinders will be simultaneously ejected (when the side cylinder pressure reaches). The main cylinder will be retracted (when the main cylinder is retracted into place), the side cylinder will be retracted (when the side cylinder is retracted into place), the discharge cylinder will be ejected (when the discharge cylinder is ejected into place), and there will be a pause (when the pause time is up). The discharge cylinder will be retracted (when the discharge cylinder is retracted into place), ending the process.
