I. Machine Usage and Working Conditions
1. This state-of-the-art machine is tailored for the precision forming of diverse metal and non-metal powders through both cold and hot pressing techniques. It boasts autonomous hydraulic and electrical systems, and features an intuitive touch screen display for displacement and product counting. With its touch screen interface combined with PLC and magnetic grid displacement ruler, users can easily set and control parameters like the upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and the slider's holding time. The machine is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical systems, enabling manual adjustment and offering three flexible working modes: semi-automatic and automatic. In each working state, it supports two pressing methods: precise displacement and constant pressure, ensuring versatility and precision in operations.
