Machine Usage and Working Conditions:
Introducing our versatile machine, meticulously crafted for precision in a variety of processes, from cold and hot extrusion to punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, and forming. This machine is a marvel of modern engineering, boasting independent hydraulic and electrical systems. With an intuitive touch screen interface, users can seamlessly monitor displacement and product counts. The synergy of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler empowers users to effortlessly configure and command the slider's upper and lower limit, speed variations, and holding time. It offers dual operational modes: adjustment and automation, and supports two pressing techniques: constant pressure and constant stroke.

Machine Usage Conditions:
Designed to perform optimally within a temperature range of 0-55 ºC, with a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
Hydraulic oil should be maintained between 5-50 ºC. The power supply voltage is set at 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50HZ.
Operational altitude should not exceed 1000m. The hydraulic system utilizes 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to ensure longevity and efficiency.
