Product Description

This machine is suitable for precision bending, flanging, punching, trimming, forming, correcting, leveling, pressing, forming, and bottom covering of various metal materials and plastic materials. It is widely used in precision cold and hot extrusion forming of automotive and motorcycle parts, LED radiators, plate heat exchangers, and other household appliances such as pots and pans.
The electrical system adopts a touch screen display for precise displacement and product counting. The combination of touch screen computer, PLC, and electronic displacement ruler facilitates the setting and control of parameters such as upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time of the slider. It can achieve three working modes: manual adjustment, semi-automatic, and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: precise displacement and servo proportional pressure.
