This production line is equipped with a sophisticated independent central control system capable of seamless communication with office computers for optimized remote control. The user-friendly touch screen interface displays displacement metrics and product counting, and integrates with PLC and electronic displacement rulers for intuitive setting and control over parameters like slider upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time. This advanced system supports both manual adjustment and fully automatic operation modes, enabling two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke. Enhanced with fully automated assembly and unloading devices, this line facilitates the effortless automatic picking and unloading of raw materials, boosting productivity and precision.
