Product Description

This production line is suitable for the bending, punching, cutting, stamping, embossing, forming, and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials.

Features: This production line has an independent central control system that can communicate with office computers for remote control. It uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting, and a combination of touch screen, PLC, and electronic displacement ruler for easy setting and control of slider upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time. It can achieve two working modes: manual adjustment and fully automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke. This line is equipped with fully automated assembly and unloading devices to achieve automatic picking and unloading of raw materials.
