YSK-1000BZ Gear Precision Cold Extrusion Fully Automatic Production Line
Usage Application

This production line is suitable for automatic cold and hot extrusion molding of various metals, and is more suitable for automatic precision extrusion molding of products such as automotive and motorcycle umbrella gears and bearings. It is also applicable to the rolling, stamping, automatic forming, and structural correction processes of steel and plastic materials.
This production line has an independent central control system that can communicate with office computers for remote control. It uses a touch screen to display displacement and product counting, and a combination of touch screen, PLC, and electronic displacement ruler for easy setting and control of slider upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time. It can achieve two working modes: manual adjustment and fully automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke. This line is equipped with fully automated assembly and unloading devices to achieve automatic picking and unloading of raw materials.
