It excels in reverse extrusion stretching, punching, bending, flanging, and forming an array of metal and plastic materials. Moreover, it is perfect for calibrating large structural components and handling the intricate cold and hot extrusion forming processes required for automotive and motorcycle parts.
2. The machine boasts independent hydraulic and electrical systems, featuring a state-of-the-art touch screen display for seamless displacement and product counting. Its advanced combination of touch screen, PLC, and grating displacement ruler simplifies the setup and control of key functions such as setting the upper limit, switching between fast and slow rotation, managing the lower limit, and adjusting the slider holding time. With options for manual adjustment, this machine offers three distinct working modes-semi-automatic and automatic-each providing two pressing methods: precise displacement and constant pressure. These functionalities ensure versatile and efficient operation, granting you unparalleled control in every task.
