This exceptional equipment is expertly designed for a wide array of tasks including precision cold and hot forging, reverse extrusion stretching, punching, bending, flanging, and forming of diverse metal and plastic materials. It is also adept at calibrating large structural components and performing cold and hot extrusion forming processes specifically for automotive and motorcycle parts.
2. The YSM-1140 boasts cutting-edge technology with its independent hydraulic and electrical systems. Featuring an intuitive touch screen display, it offers seamless displacement and product counting. The machine integrates a state-of-the-art touch screen, PLC, and grating displacement ruler to effortlessly set and control the slider's upper and lower limits, fast/slow rotation, and holding time. It provides the flexibility of manual adjustments and three distinct working modes: semi-automatic and automatic. Each working state supports two precise pressing methods: accurate displacement and constant pressure.
3. Machine usage conditions:
The robust machine is engineered to operate efficiently under a temperature range of 0 ºC to 55 ºC, with relative humidity conditions not exceeding 85%. It requires a power supply voltage of 380V ± 5% at 50Hz, ensuring reliable performance.
It is suitable for installations at altitudes not exceeding 1500 meters, ensuring optimal operational efficacy.
The hydraulic system is optimized for performance with the use of 68 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, ensuring longevity and robust operation.
