Product Description

Purpose and characteristics:This machine is suitable for cold extrusion process of aluminum profiles, as well as precision punching, cutting, punching, bending, flanging, stretching forming of various metal materials and plastic materials, as well as calibration of large structural components, precision cold and hot extrusion forming process of automotive and motorcycle parts.

The machine has independent hydraulic and electrical systems, and uses a touch screen to display precise displacement and product counting. The combination of touch screen computer, PLC, and electronic displacement ruler facilitates the setting and control of parameters such as upper limit, fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and holding time of the slider. It can achieve three working modes: manual adjustment, semi-automatic, and automatic. Each working state can achieve two pressing methods: precise displacement and servo proportional pressure.
