I, Equipment Usage and Essential Requirements

1.1 This state-of-the-art equipment is specifically engineered for pressing salt cores, essential for crafting cold oil passages in diesel engine pistons. It efficiently accommodates salt cores with an outer diameter ranging from Φ 70 to Φ 170mm, and a height up to 28mm for cold oil channels, as well as 110mm diameter piston-shaped salt cores.

1.2 The comprehensive setup includes a bidirectional precision compression molding hydraulic press, an advanced automatic powder feeding and anti-caking system, a high-tech robotic arm for feeding and retrieval, an anti-caking feeding box, a robust oil cooler, a specialized mold frame, a salt core press mold, all protected by a stainless steel dust-proof cover enveloping the machine.

★ 1.3 This versatile equipment offers functionalities like one-way pressing, two-way pressing, manual pressing, and simulated multi-stage pressing. It ensures highly precise pressing processes and facilitates the seamless automation of salt cores production in internal cooling oil channels.

1.4 The equipment is designed to endure a short-term overload of a minimum of 30%, achieving or surpassing 2000KN when operating at full capacity.

1.5 Operational Excellence: The process begins with manually loading salt powder into the ground fabric bin. The automatic powder feeding mechanism then transports the powder to the upper bin, where automated mixing and level sensors ensure optimal conditions. The robotic arm box on the frame receives the powder, utilizing a secondary mixing anti-caking mechanism. The robotic arm executes tasks like feeding, retrieval, pressing, and more, achieving full automation with precision.

 

1.6 Crafted with a specially designed stainless steel sheet metal shell, the equipment's exterior prevents powder contamination. Ventilation openings facilitate exhaust and dust removal. The shell's quick-detachable structure allows for effortless mold changes, as well as convenient cleaning and maintenance.

★ 1.7 Corrosiveness of salt powder is thoroughly considered in the design of this equipment.
All columns, pistons, and guide rails are shielded with protective covers, while the hydraulic system remains fully enclosed. The machine features anti-corrosion paints applied evenly for a flawless finish. Metal surfaces interacting with powder are constructed from stainless steel or treated with hard chrome plating, ensuring resilience in high-salt, high-dust environments.

To ensure leak-proof and rust-proof operation, anti-slip oil-blocking rings are installed on the upper cylinder slider. These rings redirect oil back to the tank, effectively preventing leaks.
