This state-of-the-art 1050-ton blanking hydraulic press, featuring an advanced servo control system, is expertly designed for a myriad of applications, including cold and hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and precise structural corrections of both steel and plastic materials. Equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical systems, operational excellence is guaranteed. A sophisticated touch screen interface provides intuitive displacement display and product counting capabilities. Seamlessly integrating a touch screen with PLC and a grating ruler, users can effortlessly set and control critical parameters such as the upper limit, adaptable fast/slow rotation, lower limit, and slider holding time. Its versatility allows for two distinct working modes: adjustment and automatic, each supporting two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke, ensuring unmatched precision and adaptability.

Machine Usage Conditions:
The machine is engineered to operate flawlessly in a temperature range of 0-55 ºC with relative humidity not exceeding 85%, ensuring robust performance under various environmental conditions.
Hydraulic Oil Temperature Range: 5-50 ºC. Power Supply Voltage: 380V ± 5% at 50HZ, maintaining consistent and reliable power input for optimal machine functionality.
