It also features two versatile forming modes: fixed pressure forming and fixed distance forming. Sophisticated oil blocking measures are strategically implemented at the joints between the upper beam, slider, and oil cylinder of the hydraulic press, ensuring optimal performance. Crafted with precision by state-of-the-art equipment, the structural components exhibit an immensely smooth and aesthetically pleasing appearance, coupled with impeccable precision and exceptional rigidity throughout the entire body. The workbench is meticulously designed and manufactured to align perfectly with the size of the stamping die, with the T-shaped groove and aperture layout expertly crafted to match the die's dimensions. The slider, constructed as a welded box structure from high-quality steel plates, boasts a remarkable stroke of 400. It is equipped with an advanced displacement sensor transmission device and a stroke limit device to effectively prevent overtravel, maximizing efficiency and safety. The hydraulic system's low-pressure, large-diameter pipelines feature flexible joint seismic isolation, with pipelines of diameter 32 or more securely connected by flanges, providing outstanding shock resistance and leak prevention.
