Machine Usage and Working Conditions:
The YSM-500CS is your ultimate solution for a variety of tasks including cold and hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction of both steel and plastic materials. This state-of-the-art machine boasts independent hydraulic and electrical systems, alongside an intuitive touch screen that displays displacement and product counts. With the seamless integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler, operators can effortlessly set and control parameters such as the upper and lower limits, fast/slow rotation, and slider holding time. It offers dual working modes: adjustment and automatic, each supporting two pressing methods: constant pressure and constant stroke, ensuring precision and efficiency in every operation.
Optimal Machine Usage Conditions:
The machine operates efficiently within an ambient temperature range of 0-55 ºC and a relative humidity not exceeding 85%, ensuring longevity and reliability.
Maintain hydraulic oil temperatures between 5-50 ºC. The power supply voltage should be stable at 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50HZ for optimal performance.
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000m, the hydraulic system uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to maintain peak performance and efficiency.

Typical Process Actions: The process begins with motor activation, followed by the rapid descent of the main cylinder. This is succeeded by the main cylinder's slow pressing and pressure holding, with an adjustable holding time ranging from 1-60 seconds. Subsequently, the lower top material cylinder ejects, and the lower material cylinder retracts, monitored precisely by an electronic ruler, perfectly concluding each work cycle.
Manual operations can also be controlled independently, providing flexibility and precision for specialized tasks.
