Usage Application
This production line is a specialized fully automatic production line designed based on the caster wheel samples and processes provided by the user, including cutting, punching, stamping, and other processes. The production line consists of equipment and devices such as feeding platform, roller feeder, servo feeder manipulator, hydraulic press, etc.
Main Features
1. High production efficiency, low labor intensity, minimal manpower, high product quality, simple and convenient operation and maintenance.
2. This traditional production process requires 5-6 people to complete, while this production line can be completed by 1 person, greatly saving manpower and material resources.
When a certain process is not required, the hydraulic press is only used as a transfer platform.
4. Each process is equipped with a turntable, which can be manually fed for subsequent processes.
