This versatile machine stands as a paragon for processes such as cold and hot extrusion, punching, cutting, rolling, embossing, forming, and structural correction of both steel and plastic materials. Boasting independent hydraulic and electrical systems, it utilizes a sophisticated touch screen for seamless displacement visualization and product counting. The harmonious integration of a touch screen, PLC, and grating ruler empowers users to effortlessly configure and command the slider's upper limit, swift/slow rotations, lower limit, and holding time. It offers unparalleled flexibility with two modes of operation: adjustment and automatic. Each mode supports two distinct pressing techniques: constant pressure and constant stroke, ensuring optimal performance tailored to your needs.

Machine usage conditions:
The machine thrives within a working environment temperature range of 0-55 ºC and operates effectively in a relative humidity not exceeding 85%.
For peak performance, the hydraulic oil temperature should be maintained between 5-50 ºC. The power supply operates at a voltage of 380V ± 5% with a frequency of 50HZ.
The altitude for operation should not exceed 1000 meters. The hydraulic system is optimized using 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil, ensuring longevity and reliability.

It then smoothly transitions to slowly pressing the main cylinder, before reversing to return the main cylinder. This is followed by pushing out the top material cylinder, and subsequently retracting the material cylinder, all precisely controlled by an electronic ruler, completing a seamless work cycle.
